What do we do?
Our in-house technological solutions allow us to develop many useful products and services for the general public. There products and services help them in both everyday life and business – whether they’re at home, at work, or on the road.

Why do we do this?
Although we are a commercial company, profit is not our primary concern. People and their satisfaction are our priority at all times. Our goal is to enable them to use the Internet safely and meaningfully, as well as to entertain and inform them. We operate an independent online news service, television and two radio stations.

How do we do this?
We don’t have a dress code and we don’t do formality. At Seznam, we’re all on first-name terms and help, motivate and support each other. The working environment at Seznam is a pleasant one that is also pet-friendly. We constantly strive to ensure that Seznam is a good place for people to work at.

How does our selection process work?
1. Send us your CV
If you can speak Czech or English and you have found a suitable position, log in to the job ad. In addition to your CV or portfolio, don’t forget to tell us what kind of employment permit you have for the Czech Republic. And feel free to add anything else that may interest us.
2. We’ll review your application
If we think it might work, we’ll contact you by e-mail or phone.
3. We’ll run the rule over you
For some positions, we’ll send you an online test so that we can verify your skills and knowledge.
4. Meet the manager
In the next round you have a face-to-face meeting with the team manager, either in person or via Zoom. The manager may invite an expert in the relevant field to get a better idea of your skills.
5. You’ll get an answer
Whatever happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. The satisfaction of all candidates is important to us and we appreciate a long-term working relationship.
